Writing Compelling adverts - You need to attract successful employees, who are not active in the recruitment market, not just job-seekers. We show you how.
Conducting Performance Evaluation Interviews - Learn to utilise a comprehensive suite of recruitment tools that will ensure your clients get the best person for the job.
Completing the Candidate Assessment Profile - Utilise a professional, objective candidate assessment tool which accurately measures their suitability for the job.
All delegates will have the opportunity to challenge and practice during the programme.
