Ferguson McKenzie is delighted to provide the only Performance Based Solutions training course in the UK, based on the Adler Concepts model.
The one day event is highly interactive and challenging even to those who have been recruiting for a period of time. The day is broken down into 4 key stages:
Producing Performance Profiles
Writing Compelling adverts
Conducting Performance Evaluation Interviews
Completing the Candidate Assessment Profile
All delegates will have the opportunity to challenge and practice during the programme. The course fee also includes two hours of consultancy available over the four weeks following the course, in which Ferguson McKenzie will support delegates to become completely empowered to implement PBS.
